The TIP127 is a Darlington Transistor manufactured by TuoFeng that is compliant with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). It is designed to be a high power switching device able to handle up to 5A of current. It comes housed in a TO-220 package and features a built-in Over Temperature Protection (OTP) to prevent overheating. The transistor is capable of operating at temperatures between -55 to +150°C and has a Vce(sat) of 1.5V and a IC of 5A. This Darlington Transistor is ideal for applications such as speed controls, power supplies, lighting, and motor control.
