Additional Infomation About Product
The MOC3012M with Triac & SCR Output Optocoupler is a 6-pin dual-output non-zero crossing, DIP package optocoupler manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a Galvanic Isolation device which contains two gallium–arsenide infrared LED’s and two integrated output circuits. It is designed to provide isolation and low-voltage drive signals for light load applications. The optocoupler is also suitable for triggering of triacs for phase control applications. Its insulation voltage rating of 5000Vrms makes it suitable for isolated data transmission and signal isolation from noisy and high common-mode voltage environments. The MOC3012M is in a lead (Pb) free, hermetic sealed DIP-6 package with an SC-82A form factor and offers high temperature range of (–40°C to 125°C).
