The MOCD213M Optocoupler with Transistor Output manufactured by ON Semiconductor is a small form-factor surface-mount device designed specifically for protection and isolation of logic and signal networks. The optocoupler consists of two channels with a 2.5kV isolation voltage, a reliability of 1 x 10-9 MCBF, and a high common-mode transient immunity of 15kV/µs. The optocoupler is designed with an 8-lead SOIC package type and features an internal photo Transistor that provides high voltage isolation between signal lines. The transistor output provides fast signal response time with low propagation delay, low output saturation voltage, and no need for external components. The MOCD213M is RoHS-compliant and is suitable for various automated assembly processes.
