The MSQA6V1W5T2G from ON Semiconductor is a 4-line ESD Suppressors / TVS Diodes 6.1V 150W TVS Quad Array used for protecting electronic circuits from voltage transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other sources. This device includes four lines of protection in a very small, thin SOD-523 package.
