The MT9V032C12STM-DR is a low-voltage 1/3” CMOS image sensor manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It was designed to provide high-quality images in demanding applications such as automotive, medical, and industrial. It has an active-pixel count of 1280H x 960V and a 1.75 µm pixel size. It has an integrated AEC/AGC, windowing, and dual 8-bit DACs as well as enhancables such as extended field of view, accelerated exposure, and infra-red sensitivity. The MT9V032C12STM-DR also has a low dark-current and shuttered reset modes. It is RoHS compliant and available in a standard 79-ball package.
