MUR1615CTG is a series of 15A, 400V ultrafast high speed rectifying transistors with high surge capacity, produced by ON Semiconductor. The MUR1615CTG rectifier is designed using a state-of-the-art FREDriving technology, which enables it to provide ultra-fast switching speed and optimal performance.
