NC7SV04L6X is a part of the ON Semiconductor Advanced low-voltage Schmitt Trigger. It is a dual, in-line, single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch, suitable for use in multiple circuit designs demanding low power, low on-resistance, and fast switching action. The input is TTL/CMOS compatible with a low 0.8 V switching threshold, and it also has very low “off” leakage current. It is available in a variety of packages, and is rated for up to 20 VDC.
