The NC7WZ04P6X with Inverters UHS Dual Inverter manufactured by ON Semiconductor is a 6-Pin, 600-Volt surface mount dual Inverter. It consists of two independent inverters in a single package and it is manufactured using sub-micron silicon gate CMOS logic technology. The high switching speed of this device makes it ideal for many AC and DC high speed switching applications. Additionally, it offers very low power consumption and low propagation delay. It has a maximum average gate source voltage of 10V and a maximum junction temperature of 150°C.
