Additional Infomation About Product

The NCS2250SQ2T2G is an Analog Comparator manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a single high speed dual TTL/CMOS output comparator with push-pull output and a maximum output motion of 0.25V. It features a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 32V, low power consumption and fast response time of 20ns. This part has low propagation delay of 90ns and can operate at temperatures between -40°C to +125°C. It is suitable for switching power supply based designs due to its low input offset voltage and low input bias current. It also features an open collector output which is designed to drive TTL compatible gates and power MOSFETs.
