NCV47721 LDO Regulator - Adjustable Current Limit, Diagnostic Features 3.3 V to 20 V www.onsemi.com The NCV47721 LDO regulator with 200 mA output current is designed for use in harsh automotive environments. The device has a MARKING high peak input voltage tolerance and reverse input voltage, reverse DIAGRAM bias, overcurrent and overtemperature protections. The integrated 14 current sense feature (adjustable by resistor connected to CSO pin) NCV4 TSSOP14 provides diagnosis and system protection functionality. The CSO pin 14 7721 Exposed Pad output current creates voltage drop across CSO resistor which is ALYW CASE 948AW 1 proportional to output current.
