The SC74A MC74VHC1G125 has CMOS level input thresholds while the XXX M DBV SUFFIX MC74VHC1GT125 has TTL level input thresholds. CASE 318BQ The internal circuit is composed of three stages, including a buffered 3state output which provides high noise immunity and stable output. 5 TSOP5 The input structures provide protection when voltages up to 5.5 V XX M 5 DT SUFFIX are applied, regardless of the supply voltage.
