The MC74VHC1G14 has CASE 318BQ CMOS level input thresholds while the MC74VHC1GT14 has TTLlevel input thresholds. 5 The internal circuit is composed of three stages, including a buffered TSOP5 XX M output which provides high noise immunity and stable output. DT SUFFIX 5 The input structures provide protection when voltages up to 5.5 V CASE 483 1 are applied, regardless of the supply voltage. This allows the device to 1 be used to interface 5 V circuits to 3 V circuits. The output structures 5 also provide protection when V = 0 V and when the output voltage CC XXXAYW exceeds V .
