Additional Infomation About Product

QED223 is a high-frequency, high-efficiency, multiple-mode DC/DC converter from ON Semiconductor. It is a 2A, 3-phase synchronous buck converter that operates over a wide range of input and output voltages. The device has integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs for voltage regulation, with synchronous rectification for improved efficiency. The QED223 also has integrated soft-start, pre-bias startup, and over-voltage protection features, making it ideal for point-of-load applications in Space-constrained applications such as automotive, IoT and industrial systems.
