The SMBJ30CA with Fairchild Semiconductor TVS Diodes - Transient Voltage Suppressors 30V 600W SMB Bidirectional is a two-terminal surface-mount device manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge as well as from damaging voltage transients induced by lightning, trucks, switching power supplies, and other high-voltage/high-current sources. The device is capable of suppressing an input voltage of 30 Volts, boasting a power rating of 600W. It has an ESD rating of 30kV and a peak pulse power rating of 400A. To ensure reliable operation, the diode is provided with an anode and a cathode. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free.
