The TL431BILPRAG is an adjustable shunt voltage regulator manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is an integrated circuit that functions as a two-terminal adjustable shunt regulator which operates as a low-dropout three-terminal regulator, providing an output voltage of a preset level with a very low standby drain current.The operating voltage range of the TL431BILPRAG is 2.5-36V ADJ. It also features an output current of up to 1-100mA and reference voltage of 2.5V. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C. It has an adjustable temperature coefficient of -30 to +50ppm/°C.The TL431BILPRAG is designed to provide accurate regulation of low voltage levels with a small footprint and low operating current. It features precision 2% temperature tracking and is protected against reverse polarity and 0V output. It also features an internal trimming feature and thermal shutdown protection. It has an operating power supply of +3V to +36V.
