OSR5MA7331A-12V is an Optosupply optocoupler. It is a 5-Pin, single-channel DC input, DC output and Schmitt trigger optocoupler with a 12 volts supply voltage range and a maximum current transfer ratio (CTR) of 50%. This device offers isolation between input and output of up to 3,000 volts, and is suitable for use with both AC and DC rated applications. It also features excellent thermal performance, high repeatability, and low leakage currents. This optocoupler can be used in both 5-volts and 12-volts applications.
