Additional Infomation About Product

The OSY6PA3131A is a three-terminal linear regulator controller from Optosupply. It uses an advanced crack-control loop principle to maintain high efficiency and precise output regulation, with standby power levels as low as 15 µA. The device has low quiescent current of only 2 µA and has a high voltage accuracy of ±1% at room temperature. It supports adjustable output currents from 0.3 A to 1 A, with a fast switching frequency to 1200 kHz. It also features over-voltage, over-current and thermal shutdown protection, as well as active noise cancellation for better acoustic performance. The OSY6PA3131A provides a stable and reliable power solution for a variety of applications, including automotive, industrial and consumer applications.
