Semiconductor Electronics, LtdThe ORPC-852 is a optocoupler manufactured by Orient Semiconductor Electronics, Ltd. It consists of an inner LED and phototransistor within a 4-pin DIP package. The inner LED has an operating voltage of 80-volts, and a continuous output current of 80 milliamps. The phototransistor has a high DC isolation voltage rating of 5000 volts, and is rated with a VCE(SAT) of 0.1-volts at a 100-microampere emission current, with a current gain of 20 milliamps. It also has a DC collector supply voltage of 6-volts and a base voltage of 1.2-volts. This optocoupler is RoHS compliant.
