Additional Infomation About Product

The Panasonic FD-41W is a fibre-optic sensor with a range of 0 to 270mm. It is rated at IP67 and is temperature rated from -40 to 60°C. It is supplied with a 2 meter cable. The FD-41W is a micro-FA fiber-optic amplifier, sensor or transceiver, which ensures reliable and precise signal transmission. The sensing unit is equipped with a fiber optics sensor head, a semitransparent protection ‘window’ with anti-fog properties and a signal amplifier. The amplifier is capable of converting optical signal into electrical signal and vice versa. The outputs from the amplifier provide the power and signal, which can be easily wired to the control system. The FD-41W offers unlimited flexibility and is ideal for applications that require a reliable solution for signal transmission in harsh, wet and extreme temperatures.
