MOSFETs for High Efficiency at 9 A By this system, when load current changes suddenly, it SKIP (discontinuous) Mode for Light Load Efficiency responds at high speed and minimizes the changes of Up to 9 A Output Current output voltage. Input VoltageRange : AVIN : 4.5 V to 5.6 V Since it is possible to use capacitors with small PVIN : 3.1 V to 5.6 V capacitance and it is unnecessary to add external parts for system phase compensation, this IC realizes Output Voltage Range : 0.6 V to 3.5 V downsizing of set and reducing in the number of external Selectable Switching Frequency 500 kHz , 1 MHz , parts. Output voltage is adjustable by user. 2 MHz Maximum current is 9 A.
