The PJT7600_R1_00001 is a MOSFET (metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor) used as a power switch in systems such as microcontrollers, linear regulators and power converters. It is manufactured by Panjit and is made using N- and P-channel trenches with 20V 1A, 700mA 1V @ 250uA 400 mΩ @ 300mA, 1.8V; 600 mΩ @ 500mA, 1.8V and is RoHS compliant. It comes in a SOT-363 package, which is a small, surface-mountable and leadless package used to house very small and compact components. This MOSFET is suitable for low-power applications, such as switching circuits, driving loads and controlling output voltage and current.
