The PJ7812TE is a linear voltage regulator manufactured by Pingjingsemi and housed in a TO-252 RoHS package. It is able to provide a regulated output voltage with very low dropout voltage. It has a typical efficiency of up to 97.5%, a maximum output current of 1A, and an adjustable output voltage range of 3V to 8V. It also features overload protection, thermal protection, and reverse polarity protection for added safety and reliability. It is used in DC-DC Converters, Mobile, Notebook and Battery Charger Applications, and for improving the efficiency of automotive electronics and consumer electronics.
