The diode has a forward voltage of 14V and a common reverse leakage current of 50uA at 25 °C. Additionally, it offers current surge capability of 200A and a maximum reverse breakdown voltage of 100V. The device has a maximum storage temperature of 125 °C, a typical capacitance of 2pF at IF=1mA and an operating temperature range of -55 °C to 150 °C. Additionally, it features a peak forward current of 10A and a reverse recovery time of 150ns.
