ElectronicsThe PS10U200FS is an electronic part manufactured by Pingwei Electronics. It consists of Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBDs) in an ITO-220AB RoHS package. It consists of two SBDs connected in series, which provides a maximum voltage handling of 200V with a total current rating of 10A. Its temperature range is -40°C to +130°C for a maximum power loss of 0.4W. The part has built in protection features such as ESD protection, EMI quasi-peak suppression, and clamping against inductive surges. It also has a low forward voltage drop which makes it suitable for use in a variety of electronic systems.
