ElectronicsThe PS10U80S is an 800V power supply switching MOSFET from Pingwei Electronics. It features a new quadratic unclassified data TO-220 package and is RoHS compliant. It has a low on-resistance of 0.015ohm and a low gate driver supply voltage of 0.5V to 1.15V. This MOSFET is suitable for use in switching power supplies applications such as DC/DC converters, SMPS, and soft starters. The low on-resistance and low gate driver supply voltage allow for more efficient power transfer that helps to reduce EMI/RFI and power losses.
