The SB10T100 is a DO-27 RoHS compliant surface mount tantalum capacitor manufactured by Pingwei. It has a new quadratic Unclassified Data feature that increases the capacitance of the capacitor up to 10 times, giving it a larger capacitance range than other traditional tantalum capacitors. This increased capacitance range makes the SB10T100 ideal for high reliability applications such as aerospace and industrial instrumentation. It operates on a voltage range of 6.3V to 16VDC and has an insulation resistance of >10000Mohm, suitable for use in harsh environments. The SB10T100 is available in various capacitance ratings, up to 10µF, and is RoHS compliant for use in green-friendly designs.
