The PN SILICON PSB521S-30 is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) SOD-523 ROHS that is designed for high frequency and low power loss circuit applications. The diode features reverse voltage (VR) of 30V, a maximum forward current IF of 200mA, and a reverse current IR of 10uA. It has a low forward voltage VF of 0.30V @ IF=10mA and a low reverse leakage at 30V of 10uA. The package is lead-free RoHS compliant with an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
