CQL-433 / HV is a polyamide-based laminate developed by Polam-Elta specifically for automotive, electronics, and electrical applications where high voltage insulation is required. The laminate is composed of polyimide and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) layers, with a polyimide in the middle of the laminate providing insulation. The polyimide layer provides excellent electrical and thermal performance while the PET layers provide flexibility. The laminate is resistant to corrosion and abrasion, and can withstand temperatures up to 250°C. It is also UL94 V-0 and UL 746C recognized. This makes it ideal for applications such as high voltage printed circuit boards, high voltage driving boards, insulating sheets, and base materials for screws and rivets.
