The LPS25HB Pressure/Altitude Sensor Carrier from Pololu is a convenient way to add barometric pressure and altitude sensing to a project. This board houses a Freescale MPL3115A2 pressure/altitude sensor, which outputs both a pressure reading and an altitude calculation based on that pressure. The sensor can measure pressures ranging from 20 to 110 kPa, and altitudes up to 10, 000 meters, and comes with a simple and easy to use I2C interface. The board also has a potentiometer to adjust the I2C address, which allows you to connect up to eight sensors to the same I2C bus. For added convenience all necessary components are included on the board, and it is breadboard friendly.
