ik device PSET132/16 is a power semiconductor device from Powersemik technologies. It is a high power silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) module which can be used in power supply applications to control and regulate the power input to a load. This device consists of 16 SCRs connected in parallel and is designed to handle voltages up to 600V and currents up to 440 A. It also has features like over-temperature protection, overload protection, and crowbar current limiting. The PSET132/16 is suitable for use in high-power motor drives, AC and DC power supplies, traction motor control, and any applications which require efficient high-power control.
