Additional Infomation About Product

. The PSW1C100/16 is a 16-amp, 600-volt, single-phase thyristor power semiconductor module manufactured by Powersem. It is designed to provide improved performance in output switching applications such as motor controls and induction heating. This module has an isolated base with welded electrical connections that provide high-voltage isolation up to 4.5 kilovolts, low switching power losses and fast cycle commutation. The device features in-built control circuitry for easy interfacing with control logic and alarm outputs. It also features intelligent power management for improved reliability and a thermal shutdown for over-temperature protection.
