Additional Infomation About Product

The PSII24/06 with IGBT three-phase bridge is a high-performance, high-reliability power switching device manufactured by Powersem. It is capable of carrying up to 600 volts of direct current and switch up to 14 amps of current. It is also capable of handling up to 20 amps of peak current. This three-phase bridge offers sufficient isolation for reliable electrical isolation without any additional external components. It is ideal for heavy-duty applications such as motor control and other industrial uses. Its ECO-PAC 2 technology reduces energy losses due to switching and allows for higher efficiency power ratings.
