The KR-5R5C224-R is a 2.2 Farad electrolytic power supply capacitor manufactured by Rubycon. This capacitor is designed for use in high power applications such as power supply designs, DC-DC converters, and audio circuits. It is a radial leaded, through-hole-mounted device with lead spacings of 5mm. This device is rated for a voltage of 5.5V and a capacitance of 2.2F. The KR-5R5C224-R has an ESR of 0.015 ohms and a working temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, making it suitable for use in applications ranging from commercial to industrial. The capacitor is composed of a non-solid electrolyte and a metalized polypropylene film construction and is compliant with RoHS, REACH, and UL standards.
