PT4163S is a digital pulse-width modulation controller IC with a high accuracy output. It is commonly used in DC-DC converter, 3-terminal adjustable voltage regulator, APFC (Active Power Factor Correction) controller and LED lighting applications. It features an onboard low RDS(ON) power FET switch, both operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, high efficiency up to 96.6% for lossless operation, extremely low output ripple voltage, wide output voltage from 1.5V to 32V, and fast output overshoot time. Furthermore, this device provides over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protections. It is available in a DIP-8 package.
