The PUYA P25Q32H-SSH-IR is an 8-pin Flash memory chip with 150mil Small Outline Package (SOP) body. It is designed for use in computer memory systems and other applications, and is RoHS compliant. The chip is a non-volatile Quad 32 Mbit Serial Flash memory with a Frequency Maximizer 25 MHz clock rate. It is designed for use with SPI bus serial peripheral interface. The flash supports up to 4 Megabit (4MByte) of memory and has byte-addressable access. The device supports both Enhanced Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and Dual Output SPI (DSPI) operation and supports a range of write functions including page program, write status register and auto page write commands. It has a 4-Kbyte sectors and a 32-Kbyte blocks embedded in its memory array. The device offers operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and is available in an 8-pin SOP 150mil package.
