ElectronicsThe CH9121 with Ethernet ICs LQFP-64_10x10x05P RoHS manufactured by Qin Heng Electronics is an integrated circuit (IC) designed to provide Ethernet connectivity in consumer electronic, communication and computing applications. It is a low-power, low-voltage 65-pin lead-free, RoHS compliant IC that supports 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet and is ideal for Ethernet-enabled products such as PCs, set-top boxes, IP cameras and VoIP phones. Built using advanced CMOS process technology, it includes features such as auto-negotiation, auto-polarity correction, automatic MDI/MDIX crossover, No new disconnect/exceeds link, IEEE 802.3u compliant support, Wake on LAN, second-order dynamic tables and jumbo packet transmission. The CH9121 works with either 3.3V or 5V power supply. It consumes as little as 70mW under standby mode and can transfer data up to 96Mbps.
