The part 29 is designed using TriQuints proven standard 28 0.5um E/D pHEMT production process. The 27 Psat TGA2706-SM provides a nominal 34 dBm of output 26 P1dB power at an input power level of 12 dBm with a 25 small signal gain of 31 dB. Nominal TOI is 42 dBm 5.5 6 6.5 7 7.5 8 8.5 and noise figure is 7 dB. Frequency (GHz) The TGA2706-SM is a QFN 5x5 mm surface mount package.
