Additional Infomation About Product

The RC4004A-YHY-ESX is a Raystar part that is used for radio frequency (RF) applications. It is a low noise amplifier designed for wideband operation between 100 MHz and 6 GHz. The device provides gain of up to 20 dB and has a low noise figure of 2.5 dB at 6 GHz. This low noise amplifier is provided in a tiny 4 x 5 mm package and is designed for a wide range use across a variety of communications, telemetry and instrumentation systems. The RC4004A-YHY-ESX has an integrated 50 Ohm integrated match and operates over an extended temperature range of -40 to +85C. Additionally, it features a wide input and output return loss, making it suitable for most applications.
