The Rectron 6A10-B is a three terminal Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for AC switching and phase control applications. It has a current rating of 6 amps, a voltage rating of 800V and a blocking voltage of 800V. It is capable of providing precise phase-angle control with minimal overshoot and ringing.
