DATASHEET HI-516 FN3146 Rev 4.00 16-Channel/Differential 8-Channel, CMOS High Speed Analog Multiplexer April 1, 2005 The Hl-516 is a monolithic, dielectrically isolated, high- Features speed, high-performance CMOS analog multiplexer. The low output leakage o current (l < 100pA at 25 C) and fast settling Low Charge Injection Error . 20mV D(OFF) (t = 800ns to 0.01%) characteristics of the device SETTLE Single Ended to Differential Selectable (SDS) make it an ideal choice for high speed data acquisition Logic Level Selectable (LLS) systems, precision instrumentation, and industrial process control.
