The HS9-26CLV32RH-Q is a 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4F-based MCU from Renesas. The device is equipped with an on-chip Flash memory of 256 KB and SRAM of 32 KB. It is a low-voltage MCU, operating at up to 32 MHz with a supply voltage range of 1.8 to 3.3 V. It incorporates the advanced RZ/G1D core featuring its High-speed Math Extension (HSM) technology for more efficient math processing, as well as its BroadR-Reach Ethernet support for up to 100 Mbps. In addition, the device also features a variety of digital peripherals, including a sigma-delta A/D converter, an 8-channel DMA controller and multiple serial communication interfaces.
