Fully specified to 1nV/Hz input voltage noise operated down to +3V single supply. The amplifier 1kHz THD+N typical 0.00017% at 2V V has outputs that swing rail-to-rail, and an input P P OUT common mode voltage that extends below ground Harmonic Distortion 87dBc, 90dBc, f = 1MHz O (ground sensing). 170MHz 3dB bandwidth The ISL28290 is unity gain stable with an input 50V/s slew rate referred voltage noise of 1nV/ Hz. The part features 700V maximum offset voltage 0.00017% THD+N at 1kHz. 10A typical input bias current The ISL28290 is available in the 10 Ld UTQFN 103dB typical CMRR (1.8mmx1.4mm), 10 Ld MSOP and 8 LD SOIC packages.
