DATASHEET ISL71010B25 FN8960 Rev.1.00 Ultra Low Noise, 2.5V Precision Voltage Reference Apr 12, 2018 The ISL71010B25 is an ultra low noise, high DC Features accuracy precision voltage reference with a wide input Reference output voltage: 2.5V 0.05% voltage range from 4V to 30V. The ISL71010B25 uses Accuracy over temperature/radiation: 0.15% the dielectrically isolated PR40 process to achieve 1.9V noise at 0.1Hz to 10Hz with an initial voltage P-P Output voltage noise: 1.9V typical (0.1Hz to P-P accuracy of 0.05%. 10Hz) The ISL71010B25 offers a 2.5V output voltage with Supply current: 930A (typical) 10ppm/C temperature coefficient and also provides Temperature coefficient: 10ppm/C (max) excellent line and load regulation. The device is offered in an 8 Ld SOIC package. Output current capability: 20mA The ISL71010B25 is ideal for high-end instrumentation, Line regulation: 18ppm/V (max) data acquisition, and processing applications requiring Load regulation: 17ppm/mA (max) high DC precision where low noise performance is NiPdAu-Ag lead finish (Sn free) critical.
