DATASHEET ISL84051, ISL84052, ISL84053 FN6047 Rev.10.00 Low Voltage, Single and Dual Supply, 8-to-1 Multiplexer, Dual 4-to-1 Multiplexer May 16, 2011 and a Triple SPDT Analog Switch The Intersil ISL84051, ISL84052, ISL84053 devices are Features precision, bidirectional, analog switches configured as a Drop-in Replacements for MAX4051/MAX4051A, 8-Channel multiplexer/demultiplexer (ISL84051), a dual MAX4052/MAX4052A and MAX4053/MAX4053A differential 4-Channel multiplexer/demultiplexer (ISL84052) and a triple single pole/double throw (SPDT) switch (ISL84053) Pin Compatible with MAX4581, MAX4582, MAX4583 and designed to operate from a single +2V to +12V supply or from a with Industry Standard 74HC4051, 74HC4052 and 2V to 6V supply. All devices have an inhibit pin to 74HC4053 simultaneously open all signal paths. ON-Resistance (r ) Max, V = 5V . 100 ON S ON-resistance is 60 with a 5V supply and 125 with a single ON-Resistance (r ) Max, V = +5V . 225 ON S +5V supply.
