SolutionsThe SW409 with RF Switches DFN-6 RoHS, manufactured by RFIC Solutions, is a 6-pin dual function RF switch device designed to provide low insertion loss, low SWR, and a wide operating frequency range. This device offers industry standard drop-in compatibility with a DFN (Dual Flat No-lead) package that is RoHS compliant and has no exposed metal parts. It is used in cascaded low-noise amplifier applications, and features low loss of 3/4 dB at 900 MHz and 1.5 dB at 2.2 GHz. The SW409 has an operating frequency range of DC-4GHz, an isolation of 18 dB min at 900 MHz, and an insertion loss of 1 dB max at 900 MHz. It also features a very low power consumption and on-chip analog control.
