The Richtek R7735LGE with SOT-23-6 AC-DC Controllers & Regulators ROHS is a six-pin SOT-23 surface-mount package controller/regulator device. It is a low-cost, low-power, low-noise, current-mode-based switching regulator designed to handle up to an 80V input voltage range and is suitable for a variety of AC-DC applications including LED lighting and lighting socket power management, portable device and appliances. The R7735LGE is capable of providing up to 3A of output current, and is rated to operate up to a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It offers over-temperature protection, over-current protection, and short-circuit protection, and integrates a Power MOSFET to reduce part count. The device also provides a wide input voltage range of 9V to 80V and is capable of operating with high efficiency, up to 94%.
