Additional Infomation About Product

RT4812GJ8F is a Programmable High-Efficiency Synchronous Step-Up Converter with Adjustable Output from 0.8V to 6V and a Maximum Output Current of 2A. It is a member from RT4812 series and is based on Richtek proprietary high-performance current-mode control scheme. The integrated P-Channel MOSFET and the low RDS(ON) topology enable low quiescent current and space saving solution. This device includes track-and-hold circuitry with excellent line regulation, tracking, and remote sensing. The feedback voltage is adjustable with a minimum voltage gap. It also features programmable soft-start time, thermal shutdown protection, current limit protection with hiccup mode and output undervoltage protection for system reliability. The power package of RT4812 is in TSOT-28 and it is equipped with the integrated IC REG BOOST ADJ SYNC 2A.
