Additional Infomation About Product

The RT5047BGSP is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) manufactured by Richtek. It is a low-side MOSFET driver for step-down power conversion applications. It features an adjustable output voltage range from 4.5V to 16V, a 600kHz switching frequency, and a current limit of 4A internal limit. The device is packaged in an 8-lead SOP-8 package. It features low dropout protection, over temperature protection, and a power-on reset function. The device is ideal for powering DC motors, LEDs, and other electronic devices requiring a constant power supply.
