The RT8011GF is a single-phase, pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller manufactured by Richtek. It is an integrated circuit specifically designed for synchronous buck chargers. The chip features programmable constant frequency and high-side MOSFET current-limit current control with safe restart. It also includes various operating modes, like standalone mode, automatic temperature control mode, and OTG/ID current limit mode, as well as a wide range of protections, such as reverse, over voltage, under voltage, over current, output short circuit, and proportionally-integrated-derivative (PID) adaptive voltage positioning (AVP) protection.
