Additional Infomation About Product

The RT8105GS is an ultralow quiescent current low dropout (LDO) linear regulator from Richtek. It is designed to provide consistent and precise output current (±2%) from an input voltage source of up to 3.6 V. The RT8105GS is capable of operating for both a single input and dual supply operation, requiring very low quiescent current of 20µA, enabling power savings and increased battery life. It provides output voltage from 1.2 V to 3.3 V, with a maximum load current up to 1.5 A while operating in a 50mV dropout mode. The RT8105GS is available in an ultra-small SOT-23-5 package and is ideal for portable electronic devices because of its extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
